Shipping policy

At Zofia Atelier, operated by Lovedink Holdings LLC, we are committed to delivering our products to you as efficiently as possible. Below you will find the details of our shipping process and estimated delivery times.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to Spain, Portugal, Poland, and selected international destinations. To ensure the best delivery path, all orders are processed and shipped from our global fulfillment centers.
2. ORDER PROCESSING (1–3 BUSINESS DAYS)
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.
- Order processing time is 1–3 business days.
- During this time, we verify order details, perform quality checks, and package your items.
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Estimated delivery times after dispatch: Spain: 5–14 business days · Europe: 5–14 business days · International: 7–17 business days
3. SHIPPING ORIGIN AND CUSTOMS
Our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers (including facilities in Asia). As a result, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country, where applicable.
For orders shipped to the European Union valued at or below €150, import VAT is collected at checkout under the applicable IOSS scheme — no additional charges will be due at the border for these orders. For orders above €150, or for destinations outside the EU, any applicable customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Zofia Atelier / Lovedink Holdings LLC are not responsible for these additional charges.
4. SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
We aim for a reliable shipping experience with the following estimates:

Standard Shipping: €5.99 for orders consisting of a single item.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders containing 2 or more items.

Estimated Delivery Time: 6–17 business days (includes 1–3 days processing + 5–12 days transit). Please note that delivery may take longer during peak holiday seasons or due to customs procedures.
5. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the shipment leaves the facility.
6. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
- Estimates only: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Customer Responsibility: If tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided, the responsibility lies with the customer.
- Address Accuracy: We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking indicates "delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us within 5 business days. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
