RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Zofia Atelier, operated by Lovedink Holdings LLC, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, to maintain our high standards and competitive pricing, we have established a clear and strict return policy.


1. RETURN PERIOD

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after physically receiving your item to request a return. This exceeds the EU legal minimum of 14 days, providing extra peace of mind for our shoppers across Europe.


2. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION CRITERIA

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, pristine condition:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags must be firmly attached.
  • In its original packaging.

Note: Trying on an item is allowed, but extended wear or any signs of use will result in the rejection of the return.

Product Representation: Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes only, and colors may vary slightly depending on the screen used. Such variations do not constitute a defect or a reason for return.


3. HOW TO START A RETURN

Returns must be approved before being sent. To initiate a return, you must contact us at:

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after approval of the return request.

Important: Returns must be sent to the designated returns processing address provided by our support team. Do not send items to our corporate headquarters in Wyoming, USA, or to the address shown on the package, as these locations cannot process returns. Items sent without prior authorisation may be rejected.


4. RETURN COSTS & CUSTOMS FEES

All return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility. This includes international shipping fees, administrative costs, and any customs duties or import taxes incurred during the return process. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost packages.


5. EU 14-DAY STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers in the European Union and European Economic Area have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national legislation.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting info@zofiaatelier.com with your order number and a clear statement of withdrawal. The item must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, in its original and unused condition.

Upon valid exercise of this right, applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with statutory requirements and Section 8 of this policy. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility as stated in Section 4, unless the item is faulty or not as described.


6. EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Custom-made or personalised products.
  • Personal care/beauty goods and intimate wear, once unsealed.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
  • Gift Cards.

Note for EU/EEA customers: The above exceptions apply within our commercial return policy. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law applies independently, subject to the conditions in Section 5.


7. RESTRICTIONS ON ORDERING

It is not permitted to intentionally order an item in multiple sizes or colours with the intention of returning part or all of the order. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who exhibit habitual return behaviour.


8. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected at the designated facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable under our commercial 30-day return policy. Statutory rights under applicable EU law are unaffected by this clause.


9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY & ADDRESS ERRORS

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates delivery to the address provided. Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. If an incorrect address was provided, the customer bears all associated risks and costs.
